We are proud to produce this milk from our award winning Ayrshire cows. Ayrshire milk is renowned for its fantastic taste. We milk our cows twice a day and all milk sold is fresh and produced to the highest standards.

The cows are grass fed and out in the fields spring until late autumn.

We are regulated by the Food Standards Agency (FSA), Department For Environment, Food & Rural Affairs (DEFRA), Environmental Health & Local Council. To meet the stringent standards set to sell our milk we have a robust Food Safety Management plan which includes laboratory testing and regular reviews.

We offer our customers a choice between ‘Raw’ and Pasteurized drinking milk.

Horsepool Farm Milkshakes made from Horsepool Farm milk and simply syrups - These milk shakes have natural flavourings and no or minimal artificial colourings.

We have a wide variety of flavours, so lots of choice.

Milkshakes in the fridge are made from our pasteurised milk however we can make milkshakes with raw milk if requested.
